AGREEMENTS: Authorize the Mayor to sign the agreements with Honeywell International for\u00a0Capital Project 16-08 Recreation Center Boiler Replacement in the amount of $69,586.00.\u00a0(Griff)<\/p>\n<p>2. AGREEMENT: Authorize the Mayor to sign the Humana Medicare Advantage Employer Plan\u00a0Renewal effective January 1, 2017 with no changes in the rates. (Burkhart)<\/p>\n<p>3. MONTHLY REPORTS: Receive and place on file monthly reports from Chamberlain, City\u00a0Clerk, Director of Planning and Development, Fire Department, Police Department and\u00a0Recreation Department.<\/p>\n<p>4. HEALTH INSURANCE RENEWAL PLANS: Authorize the Mayor to sign the health\u00a0insurance renewal plans for 2017, Excellus BluePPO Option I, Signature Deductible 3, and the\u00a02017 dental plan renewal with Excellus Dental Blue Options. RECREATION COORDINATOR: Approve the appointment of a full-time Recreation\u00a0Coordinator filling the five-year vacancy of said position in the Recreation Department at a\u00a0projected cost of $13,449.60 for fiscal year 2016.
