Before our regular reminder about our next IDPA shoot. I would like to let you know that we will be doing a set-up after the shoot of a NSSF Rimfire challenge stage . This is a program to introduce shooters to the shooting sports in a safe and controlled environment. This is done with 22s and is geared to be a fun time for the entire family because there is a class for everybody including kids. Can be done with a pistol or a rifle such as a 10\/22 or both. If you would like to see this or try it bring some ammo and be there after our regular shoot. Some time around the\u00a012:30 to 1 PM\u00a0time frame depending on the number of shooters at the main match there be no charge to try it. This will be our fun stage for the day.So you regular shooters bring your 22s and ammo.<\/p>\n

Bar-20 Cowboy Action Shooters would like to remind people\u00a0of the IDPA shoot on\u00a0Saturday Sept 24th. This is at the Eatonbrook Rod and Gun Club, West Wilcox Road, West Eaton NY. Right now the weather is looking good so come out and join us. There will be 4 stages set up (around 60 rounds). We have found this to be best suited to the room we have love to do more. There will be a 5th Stage, This will be setup for a introduction to NSSF Rimfire Challenge. this will be after the regular shoot. Set up isSaturday\u00a0morning Sept 24th starting\u00a0between8:30\u00a0AM\u00a0&\u00a09:00 AM, Shooting starts at 10 with a safety meeting approx 5 min before 10. We encourage people to get there early and help set up. Also would like to remind shooters this is a\u00a0cold range, this means your gun may only be handled in the\u00a0designated safe area\u00a0and at your own vehicle and\u00a0must\u00a0remain\u00a0unloaded\u00a0at all times. Registration is $10.00 and\u00a0will be at a table at the berm. Club will be available for bathroom facilities. We will not be doing any lunch so bring your own snack and\/or water,soda. No alcohol of course.<\/p>\n

Even if you do not shoot, stop and see if you would be interested and don’t worry if you have never done it. Just come on down and we will help. We are a very shooter friendly club.<\/p>\n
