Tuggey, 37, of Dwyer Road, Verona, it was apparent that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages and sobriety tests indicated Tuggey was intoxicated.<\/p>\n<p>Tuggey was taken into custody for DWI and transported to the SP Oneida barracks, where a breath test determined his blood alcohol content to be .20%. Tuggey was ticketed for DWI, Aggravated DWI with a BAC of .18% or greater and failure to keep right and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Verona Court on Sept. 27, 2016.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oneida based state police charged a Verona man with aggravated DWI after a traffic stop late Thursday evening in the town of Verona.
