On Sept. 21, 2016, Julia A. Colvin, 56, of 119 N. Willow St., Oneida was charged\u00a0with 2 counts of having a junk vehicle. She was issued an appearance ticket to appear\u00a0in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Sept. 25, 2016, Ryan P. Baron, 30, of 1500 Elm Circle, apt. 10, Camillus,\u00a0was issued traffic tickets for failure to obey a traffic control device and aggravated\u00a0operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. He is to appear in Oneida City Court at\u00a0a later date.<\/p>\n

On Sept. 26, 2016, Richard C. Brown Jr., 39, 1219 Rutger St., apt .2, Utica, was\u00a0arrested for petit larceny. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City\u00a0Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Sept. 27, 2016, Daisha L. Lopitz, 19, of 223 Williams St., Oneida, was issued\u00a0a criminal summons charging her with petit larceny. She is to appear in Oneida City\u00a0Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Sept. 29, 2016, Manuel A. Ayala, 27, of 133 Co. Rt. 1, Sidney, was issued\u00a0tickets for speed in zone, failure to stop for a stop sign, and unlawful possession of\u00a0marihuana. He is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Sept. 29, 2016, Justin J. Rico, 27, of 3 Union St., Sidney, was charged with\u00a0unlawful possession of marihuana. He is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Sept. 29, 2016, Allison M. Vanderworken, 24, of 3874 Miller Rd., Blossvale, was\u00a0arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear for probation. She was\u00a0arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held on $1,000 bail.<\/p>\n

On Sept. 29, 2016, Abigail A. Williams, age 17, of 180 Erasmus St., Brooklyn, was\u00a0issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny. She is to appear in Oneida City Court at a\u00a0later date.<\/p>\n

On Sept. 29, 2016, Heleya S. Gray, 18, of 24 Mother Gaston Blvd., Brooklyn, was\u00a0issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny. She is to appear in Oneida City Court at a\u00a0later date.<\/p>\n

Donna I. R. Coffey, 17, of 71 Rondout Dr., Kingston, was issued an appearance ticket\u00a0for petit larceny. She is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

Nondi L. Young Desantis, 18, 157A Gates Ave., Brooklyn, was issued an appearance\u00a0ticket for petit larceny. She is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Sept. 30, 2016, a 15 year old Oneida male was charged with obstructing\u00a0governmental administration. He was taken in to custody and transported to the Hillbrook\u00a0Detention Center pending family court action.<\/p>\n

On Oct. 3, 2016, Kurt C. Merithew, 36, of 513 Elizabeth St. apt. 2, Oneida, was charged\u00a0with failure to stop at a stop sign, failed to signal and aggravated unlicensed operation of a\u00a0motor vehicle in the third degree. He is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Oct. 3, 2016, Jacob J. Bouyea, 18, 329 Lenox Ave., Oneida was issued a criminal\u00a0summons for harassment in the second degree. He is to appear in Oneida City Court at a\u00a0later date.<\/p>\n

On Sept. 29, 2016, a 13 year old female was issued an appearance ticket alleging\u00a0that she committed petit larceny. The appearance ticket directs the subject to appear at\u00a0Madison County Probation at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Oct. 3, 2016, William R. Galligher, 43, of 1515 Sunset Ave., apt. 1, Utica, was\u00a0arrested on a bench warrant with original charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a\u00a0MV in the third degree and unlicensed operation. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court\u00a0and ordered held on $350 cash or $1000 bond.<\/p>\n

On Oct. 3, 2016, Michael G. Heeney, 62, 2580 North Rd., Vernon Center, was arrested\u00a0on an arrest warrant charging criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree and\u00a0illegal possession of a vin.
