Legare, 41, from 8426 Theodolite Drive Apt#823 in Baldwinsville, for Sex Abuse 1st degree, a class \u201cD\u201d felony.<\/p>\n<p>Legare is accused of forcibly touching the intimate parts of a female under the age of 11 inside a residence in the Town of Manlius in 2006. Legare was arraigned in the Town of Camillus and was remanded to the Onondaga County Justice Center on $25,000 cash\/$50,000 bond.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday\u2019s arrest was a result from an investigation that began in May 2016 in Oswego County where Legare was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Forcible Touching a female under the age of 15.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>State Police arrested Scott A.
