Kerr, III, 33, of 10 W. Genesee St., Skaneateles, on charges of second-degree forgery, a class D felony; and fourth-degree grand larceny, a\u00a0 class E felony.<\/p>\n<p>Kerr was charged after an investigation revealed that he stole credit cards and then used them at multiple businesses in Skaneateles.
