Sprague, 41, of 5062 Old Oneida Rd., Verona, was\u00a0arrested for aggravated DWI (more than .18 BAC), DWI, refusal to take a breath screening device and speed in zone (66 mph in a 35 mph zone). He was\u00a0released on appearance tickets to appear in city court at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>On Oct. 7, 2016, Gregory A. Latz, 39, of 7 Tappan St., apt. 14, Baldwinsville, was\u00a0arrested on a bench warrant alleging that he failed to appear. The original charge was\u00a0petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held in lieu of bail\u00a0pending further court action.<\/p>\n<p>On Oct. 13, 2016, Ellie-Mae E. Jones, 36, of 416 W. Railroad St., apt. 26, Oneida\u00a0was charged with assault in the third degree. She was released on an appearance\u00a0ticket to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>On Oct. 13, 2016, Vernon E. Howe Jr., 53, 425 Sconondoa St. apt. 1, Oneida, was\u00a0issued a criminal summons charging him with harassment in the second degree and\u00a0criminal tampering in the third degree.
