\"Oneida<\/a>On October 20, 2016, Darrell F. Stevens, 53, of 105 Madison St., Oneida, was arrested\u00a0on an arrest warrant charging him with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was\u00a0arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held in the Madison County Public Safety\u00a0Building Jail in lieu of bail in the amount of $500 cash or $1000 bond.<\/p>\n

On October 21, 2016, Aaron M. Hall, 26, of 123 W. Campbell St., Sherrill, was arrested\u00a0for criminal contempt in the second degree and criminal trespass in the second degree.\u00a0He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held in the Madison County Public\u00a0Safety Building Jail in lieu of $1000 cash or bond.<\/p>\n

On October 21, 2016, Antonio L. Lawrence, 35, of 240 Williams St., apt. 2, Oneida, was\u00a0charged with disorderly conduct, harassment in the second degree and resisting arrest.\u00a0He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance pending\u00a0further court action.<\/p>\n

On October 21, 2016, Amanda M. Dryer, 20, of 168 Madison St., apt. 1, Oneida was\u00a0charged with having an unlicensed dog and having a dog at large. She was issued an\u00a0appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On October 21, 2016, Quavian D. Savage, 20, of 411 Expense St., apt. 1, Rome, was\u00a0charged with disorderly conduct. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in\u00a0Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On October 22, 2016, William G. Hook 41, and Jennifer L. Hook, 39, both of 123 E.\u00a0Chapel St., Canastota, were charged with petit larceny. There were issued appearance\u00a0tickets to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On October 23, 2016, Michael D. Bielby, 60, of 297C Kenwood Ave., Oneida, was\u00a0charged with operating with a suspended registration. He was issued an appearance\u00a0ticket to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On October 23, 2016, Nadine T. Pierce, 34, of 199 Madison St., Oneida was charged\u00a0with petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida City Court\u00a0at a later date.<\/p>\n

On October 23, 2016, James H. Zeller, 19, of 7275 Clock Rd., Canastota, was charged\u00a0with unlawful possession of marihuana. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear\u00a0in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On October 24, 2016, John B. O\u2019Herien, 41, of 7224 Nelson Rd., Canastota, was\u00a0charged with petit larceny. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Oneida\u00a0City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On October 22, 2016, Aaron B. Duncan, 43, of 123 Stone St., Oneida was arrested on a\u00a0bench warrant for failing to pay a fine. The original charges were an equipment\u00a0violation and aggravated operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. He was\u00a0arraigned in Oneida City Court where he paid his fine and was then released.<\/p>\n

On October 22, 2016, Holly A. Weisbrod, 30, of 212 W. Center St., Canastota was\u00a0arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with unlicensed operator and aggravated\u00a0unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. She was arraigned in\u00a0Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance to appear in court at a later\u00a0date.<\/p>\n

On October 22, 2016, Desarae E. Webb, 23, of 195 Madison St., apt. A, Oneida was\u00a0arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with petit larceny. She was arraigned in\u00a0Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance to appear in city court at a\u00a0later date.<\/p>\n

On October 21, 2016, Nicole L. Chambers, 35, of 80 Geiger Rd., apt. 226, Rome, was\u00a0arrested on a bench warrant alleging that she failed to appear on an original charge of\u00a0trespass. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and remanded to the Madison\u00a0County PSB in lieu of $250 cash or $500 bond.<\/p>\n

On October 21, 2016, Michael R. Burt, 40, of 3770 Joslin Rd., Boonville, was charged\u00a0under the NYS Correction Law for failure to report a change of address (sex offender).\u00a0He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance pending\u00a0further court appearance.<\/p>\n
