No appointment is needed.<\/p>\n November 2<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Yoga for Seniors<\/strong><\/p>\n Wednesday<\/span> at 2:00 p.m.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Bill Skinner, a certified Hatha Yoga instructor, conducts a weekly class for seniors wanting to learn safe and beneficial yoga practices. Skinner will adapt postures and breathing exercises to fit the class members\u2019 needs.
