Montana, 31, from Minetto, as a result of an investigation into the sexual exploitation of minors via a social networking site.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation which spanned three states (Indiana, Wisconsin, New York) revealed that Montana was enticing children as young as 13 to produce and send him images and\/or videos consistent with child pornography while engaging in sexually explicit chat.<\/p>\n<p>Montana had also sent videos of himself engaging in sexual acts to children as young as 13. Montana was charged with (2) counts of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, a class &#8220;C&#8221; felony and (1) count of <!--more-->Disseminating Indecent Material 1st degree, a class &#8220;D&#8221; felony. <span lang=\"EN\">He was arraigned in the Town of Minetto Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $25,000 bond. He is scheduled to return to court Nov. 2, 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The investigation is on-going and anyone with information can contact the Computer Crime Unit or State Police in Fulton at (315) 598-2112.
