\"Oneida<\/a>On Oct. 28, 2016, Olivario B. Maes, 37, of 329 Washing Ave., apt. 1, Oneida, was\u00a0charged with two counts of harassment in the second degree, criminal trespass in the\u00a0second degree and resisting arrest. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in\u00a0Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Oct. 30, 2016, Michael A. VanPatten Jr., 34, of 109 Lake St., Chittenango, was\u00a0charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal contempt in the first degree and\u00a0resisting arrest. He was arraigned in the Town of Stockbridge Court and ordered held\u00a0pending $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond. He will appear in Oneida City Court at a later date for further action.<\/p>\n

On Oct. 30, 2016, Michael A. VanPatten Jr., 34, of 109 Lake St., Chittenango, was\u00a0charged with harassment and disorderly conduct. He was issued an appearance ticket\u00a0to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Oct. 28, 2016, Ellie-Mae E. Jones, 36, of 416 W. Railroad St. apt. 26, Oneida,\u00a0was issued a criminal summons charging her with theft of services. She is to appear in\u00a0Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Oct. 28, 2016, a 17 year old Town of Vernon youth was issued an appearance\u00a0ticket charging her with petit larceny. She is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later\u00a0date.<\/p>\n

On Oct. 28, 2016, David P. Schuler, 53, of 115 Madison St., apt. 3A, Oneida, was\u00a0issued a criminal summons charging him with petit larceny. He is to appear in Oneida\u00a0City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Oct. 30, 2016, Chas P. Crippen, 25, of 3270 Pondhill Rd., Taberg was arrested\u00a0on an arrest warrant charging him with harassment in the second degree, petit larceny\u00a0and robbery in the third degree. He was arraigned and ordered held in lieu of bail.<\/p>\n

On Oct. 28, 2016, John E. Krakau, 36, of 165 Hilltop Dr., Afton, was arrested on an\u00a0arrest warrant for sex offender failing to change address. He was arraigned in Oneida\u00a0City Court and released to re-appear in court at a later date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
