\"Oneida<\/a>On Nov. 1, 2016, Kyle S. Murray, 28, of 221 N. Broad St., Oneida, was issued\u00a0traffic tickets for unsafe movement of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, aggravated\u00a0unlicensed operator of a motor vehicle in the third degree, aggravated operation of a\u00a0motor vehicle in the second degree (two counts) operation w\/o an ignition interlock device\u00a0when required and operation w\/o a child safety restraint. He was arraigned in Oneida\u00a0City Court and sent to the Madison County Public Safety Building in lieu of $1000 bail.<\/p>\n

On Nov. 1, 2016, Sherry A. Lewis, 54, of 1 Seneca Ave., apt. 1, Oneida Castle,\u00a0was issued a criminal summons for aggravated harassment in the second degree. She\u00a0is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Nov. 1, 2016, Pauline Bowden-Davis, 49, of 315 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was\u00a0issued a criminal summons charging her with harassment in the second degree. She is\u00a0to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Nov. 2, 2016, Megan L. Barrett, 19, of 227 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was issued a\u00a0criminal summons charging her with harassment in the second degree. She is to\u00a0appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Nov. 2, 2016, Joshua G. Peters, 30, of 345 Main St., Oneida, was issued a\u00a0criminal summons charging him with assault in the third degree. He is to appear in\u00a0Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Nov. 4, 2016, Michael A. VanPatten Jr., 34, of 109 Lake St., Chittenango was\u00a0arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with harassment in the second degree,\u00a0criminal contempt in the first degree and criminal obstruction of breathing. He was\u00a0arraigned and ordered held pending further court action.<\/p>\n

On Nov. 3, 2016, Jeffrey S. Koagel, 43, of 1412 N. Lake St., Oneida, was arrested\u00a0on an arrest warrant charging him with assault in the third degree, robbery in the first\u00a0degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree and endangering the\u00a0welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held in the\u00a0Madison County Public Safety Building pending $2,500 bail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
