Scofield, II, 38, of Fayetteville, was allegedly recording a juvenile male subject while he was in the men\u2019s restroom.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Scofield was found in possession of a Go-Pro Hero 4 recording device within a paper cup that he had held over the adjacent bathroom stall where the juvenile was located.\u00a0 Scofield was confronted by the juvenile\u2019s father and became combative.\u00a0 He was subsequently restrained by the father and another civilian until police arrived.\u00a0\u00a0Scofield was subsequently charged with:<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unlawful Surveillance in the 2nd Degree; a Class E Felony<\/li>\n<li>Endangering the Welfare of a Child; a Class A Misdemeanor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Scofield was arraigned before the Town of New Baltimore Court and was remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $150,000 bond.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>***UPDATED WITH PHOTO*** On Nov. 13, 2016, at approximately 3:15 p.m., State Police responded to the New Baltimore Service Area for a report of a disturbance.\u00a0 The investigation revealed that, John D.
