Mannino, was westbound on Route 80 in the town of Fabius when the vehicle drove off the shoulder of the roadway colliding with a road sign and utility pole. The crash sheared both the road sign and utility pole, causing the pole to fall across the roadway.<\/p>\n<p>Mannino left the scene and was located at her residence in Tully.<\/p>\n<p>Desiree A. Mannino, 29, of 36 Elm St., Tully, was arrested for the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aggravated DWI ( .19% BAC), a class \u201cA\u201d misdemeanor<\/li>\n<li>Leaving the Scene of a property damage accident, a violation.<\/li>\n<li>Speed not reasonable and prudent, a violation.<\/li>\n<li>Moved from Lane Unsafely, a violation.<\/li>\n<li>Drinking Alcohol while operating a Motor Vehicle, a violation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mannino was issued appearance tickets returnable in Fabius Town Court on Dec. 1, 2016, at 7 p.m.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Monday, Nov. 28, 2016, at approximately 12:12 a.m., State Police responded to a one-car crash on State Route 80 just south of Apulia Road in the Town of Fabius, Onondaga County.
