Johnson, 37; and Christopher P. Cody, 20, both of 151 Old Liverpool Road, Salina, following an identity theft investigation.<\/p>\n<p>The investigation revealed that Johnson stole the identification of a nursing home resident where she was employed and provided it to Cody who opened credit in the <!--more-->name of the elderly victim and made purchases resulting in a loss of more than $1,400.<\/p>\n<p>They were arrested on separate dates, and both were lodged at the Onondaga County Justice Center pending arraignment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tameeka Johnson was arrested Oct. 20, 2016, and charged with second-degree identity theft, a class \u201cE\u201d felony.<\/li>\n<li>Christopher Cody was arrested Dec. 12, 2016, and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, second-degree identity theft and first-degree falsifying business records, all class \u201cE\u201d felonies.
