Goldsmith, from Wilson Road in Frankfort, was traveling west on Higby Road when he crossed over into the eastbound lane and struck a 2011 Jeep head-on.<\/p>\n<p>Goldsmith was transported to St. Elizabeth&#8217;s Hospital in Utica with a fractured leg.<\/p>\n<p>The driver of the Jeep, Laura M. Brooks, 61, of West Winfield, was transported by helicopter to SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse and was listed in serious condition. A front seat passenger in Brook\u2019s vehicle, Kathleen A. Shipman, 65, of West Winfield, was transported via helicopter to SUNY Upstate Medical University with a leg fracture.<\/p>\n<p>Wendy M. Brooks, 36, of Ilion, a rear-seat passenger, was transported to St. Luke\u2019s Hospital in Utica, with internal injuries and was listed in serious condition. Christine M.
