\"Oneida<\/a>On Dec. 7, 2016, Tyler Q. Coapman, 18, 132 Sherman St., Oneida, was issued a\u00a0criminal summons for harassment in the second degree and disorderly conduct. He is\u00a0to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Dec. 7, 2016, Kenneth C. Lints, 27, of 5262 Sand Hill Rd., Oneida, was\u00a0arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with burglary in the third degree, criminal\u00a0mischief in the fourth degree and petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court\u00a0and was released on his own recognizance pending further court action.<\/p>\n

On Dec. 8, 2016, Marquis R. Simpson, 18, 1600 Burleson Rd., Utica, was charged with operating without headlights and unlawful possession of marihuana. He is to\u00a0appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Dec. 9, 2016, Jennifer L. Lamb, 41, 150 Madison St., Oneida was charged\u00a0with 2 counts of unlicensed dog. She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in\u00a0Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Dec. 10, 2016, Tiffany L. Gruby, 23, 112 S. Jay St., Rome, was charged with\u00a0one count of grand larceny in the fourth degree and also with petit larceny on an\u00a0unrelated incident. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held on\u00a0$5,000 cash or $10,000 bond. She will re-appear in Oneida City Court at a future date.<\/p>\n

On Dec. 10, 2016, Randy S. Lagoy, 48, 312 Carpenter St., Oneida, was charged\u00a0with DWI, aggravated DWI (more than .18 BAC) and resisting arrest. He was released\u00a0on appearance tickets to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Dec. 11, 2016, Michelle M. Lamb, 23, 200 Williams St., apt. 2, Oneida, was\u00a0charged with disorderly conduct. She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in\u00a0Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Dec. 7, 2016, Vincent S. Bort, 26, 2783 Perryville Rd., Canastota was arrested\u00a0for manufacturing methamphetamine in the third degree, conspiracy in the fifth degree,\u00a0criminal possession of meth manufacturing material in the second degree, criminal\u00a0possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, manufacturing meth in the\u00a0third degree, criminal possession of precursors of meth, criminal possession of a\u00a0controlled substance in the seventh degree and reckless endangerment in the second\u00a0degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held on $50,000 cash\u00a0or $75,000 bond pending further court action.<\/p>\n

On Dec. 12, 2016, Mariah H. Wheeler, 25, of 334 Stone St., apt. 4, Oneida was\u00a0arrested on a bench warrant for failing to comply with conditions. The original charge\u00a0was aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree. She\u00a0was arraigned in Oneida City Court where she paid an outstanding fine and was\u00a0released.<\/p>\n

On Dec. 12, 2016, Ellie-Mae E. Jones, 36, 416 W. Railroad St., apt 26, Oneida\u00a0was arrested on two bench warrants both alleging her failure to appear. The original\u00a0charges were theft of services and assault in the third degree. She was arraigned in\u00a0Oneida City Court and ordered held in lieu of $500 cash or bond. She is to appear in\u00a0Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n

On Dec. 13, 2016, James B. Cornish, 17, of 8256 N. Main St., Canastota was\u00a0arrested on a bench warrant which alleges that he failed to appear regarding a charge\u00a0of petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held in lieu of\u00a0$1000 cash or bond.
