Meade, 30, from Phoenix, for aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, a class \u201cE\u201d felony and aggravated DWI, an unclassified misdemeanor.<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday, Jan. 29, 2017 State Police responded to State Route 264 in the Town of Schroeppel for a report of a two-car property damage motor vehicle accident. While Troopers were responding to the scene, 911 reported one of the driver\u2019s involved in <!--more-->the crash, identified as Kellan J. Meade, fled the scene on foot.<\/p>\n<p>After arriving at the scene, Troopers followed footprints in the fresh snow for approximately two miles. \u00a0Deputy Taylor from the Oswego County Sheriff\u2019s Office located Meade on Pendergast Road where he was taken into custody without incident. \u00a0Meade refused any medical treatment from EMS.<br \/>\nMeade provided a breath sample with a BAC of .22% and was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree due to his NYS license being suspended.<\/p>\n<p>Meade was arraigned in the Town of Schroeppel Court and remanded to Oswego County Jail on $5,000 cash\/$10,000 bond.\u00a0 He is scheduled to be back in court on February 1, 2017.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>State Police arrested Kellan J.
