Parmeter, 26, of 114 Genesee St., Canastota was\u00a0charged with DWI, operating with greater than .08 BAC, unlicensed operator and failure to keep right. He is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>On March 18, 2017, John W. Kober, 46, 4393 Old County Rd., Morrisville, was issued an appearance ticket for petit larceny.<\/p>\n<p>On March 18, 2017, Genia A. Arzu, 18, 120 E. 123 rd St., NY, NY, was arrested for petit\u00a0larceny.<\/p>\n<p>On March 18, 2017, Reyanna D. Cruze, 18, 1640 Amsterdam Ave., NY, NY, was arrested for petit larceny.<\/p>\n<p>On March 19, 2017, Dalton J. Prievo, 20, 401 E. Seneca St., Sherrill, was arrested for\u00a0possession of a synthetic drug in violation of the local ordinance. He was issued an\u00a0appearance ticket to appear in city court at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>On March 17, 2017, Devin J. McDonald, 18, 307 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and seven (7) counts of criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree.<\/p>\n<p>On March 21, 2017, Aaron J.
