Investigation revealed that the driver, Jeffery L. Bristol, 51, from Lee Center, was in possession of a stolen New York state dealer license plate.<\/p>\n<p>Bristol was arrested on one count of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a class A misdemeanor.
