Dryer, 23, 244 W. Elm St., Oneida was charged with criminal possession of\u00a0a controlled substance in the 7th degree, unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the 2 nd degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held on $500 cash or $1000 bond.<\/li>\n<li>Carrie A. Kernan, 30, 814 Rt. 21, Shortsville, NY was charged with criminal possession\u00a0of a controlled substance in the 7th degree. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and\u00a0ordered held on $250 cash or $500 bond.<\/li>\n<li>Jill D. Tuten, 43, 238 W. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal use of drug paraphernalia in the 2 nd degree. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on her own recognizance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>May 4, 2017<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Harry M. Cudak, 29, 5343 Lebanon Rd., Earlville was issued a criminal summons for disorderly conduct.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>May 5, 2017<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vernon T.
