The extremely wet spring conditions have delayed slightly the serious work that lies ahead.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Supervisor John M. Becker and the Town of Sullivan Board have been working diligently with the state DOT and the Oneida Nation to capitalize on the significant investment in our community.
