Parks, \u00a037, from 37 Ainslee Drive, Pennellville, and charged him with Rape 1st\u00a0degree, and Criminal Sex 1st\u00a0degree, both class \u201cB\u201d felonies following an investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Parks is accused of raping and having forcible sexual contact with a young female victim.
