Burdick, 43, 118 Phelps St., Oneida, was arrested on a bench warrant\u00a0alleging that she failed to appear on an original charge of aggravated unlicensed\u00a0operation of a motor vehicle in the 3 rd degree. She was arraigned in Oneida City Court\u00a0and released after posting $100 cash bail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>July 13, 2017<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>William D. Stevens, 56, 189 Madison St., Oneida was arrested for harassment in the 2nd degree, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breathing. He\u00a0was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.<\/li>\n<li>Marc J. Kaplan, 38, 120 N. Warner St., Oneida was charged with assault in the 2nd\u00a0degree. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>July 16, 2017<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jennifer M. Laflair, 22, 115 Madison St., Oneida was charged with petit larceny.<\/li>\n<li>Lindy L. Lagrange, 36, 115 Madison St., Oneida was charged with petit larceny.<\/li>\n<li>Jeffrey A. Lagrange, 36, 115 Madison St., Oneida was charged with petit larceny.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>July 17, 2017<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gertrude A. Badgley, 61, 7797 Roberts St., Canastota, was charged with aggravated\u00a0unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree.<\/li>\n<li>Michael C. Bates, 31, 239 Broad St., Oneida was charged with petit larceny.<\/li>\n<li>Brittany L. Clark, 27, 146 Main St., Oneida was issued a criminal summons for two\u00a0counts of harassment in the 2nd degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>July 18, 2017<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Joseph L. Resseger, 37, 321 Williams St., Oneida, was charged with harassment in the\u00a02nd degree, resisting arrest, burglary in the 2nd degree, 4 counts of criminal contempt in the 2nd degree, criminal mischief and grand larceny in the 4th degree.
