Maloney,\u00a016, of Preble, with first-degree rape, a class B felony.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\" align=\"LEFT\"><span lang=\"EN\">According to police, Maloney stands accused of forcibly raping a victim less than 16 years of age.
