With Crystal Hein, Registered Dietitian attendees are sure to have their health and wellness horizons broadened.<\/p>\n<p>The Health and Wellness series will feature a four-month series with different topics each month at Herkimer College,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/maps.google.com\/?q=100+Reservoir+Rd,+Herkimer,+RM+295&amp;entry=gmail&amp;source=g\">100 Reservoir Road, Herkimer, RM 295<\/a>\u00a0from\u00a0<span data-term=\"goog_1042833564\">5 to 6:30 p.m<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>Class topics will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reading Food Labels,\u00a0<span data-term=\"goog_1042833565\">Oct. 26, 2017<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Healthy Holiday Eating,\u00a0<span data-term=\"goog_1042833566\">Nov. 16, 2017<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Basics to Weight Loss,\u00a0<span data-term=\"goog_1042833567\">Jan. 11, 2018<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Inflammation and Diet,\u00a0<span data-term=\"goog_1042833568\">Feb. 6, 2018<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The seminars are open to all but reservations are required. Crystal Hein, Registered Dietitian provides individual and group nutrition education and behavior counseling for general nutrition and wellness needs, weight loss and various medical conditions for adults and children.
