The investigation revealed a driver of another vehicle had threatened the victim with a knife, after being involved in a minor property damage accident. The driver identified as,\u00a0Steven C. Walker, 45, of Cicero, was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Buffalo where he was subsequently charged with:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Menacing in the 2nd\u00a0Degree; a Class A Misdemeanor<\/li>\n<li>Criminal Mischief in the 2nd\u00a0Degree; a Class D Felony<\/li>\n<li>Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree; a Class A Misdemeanor<\/li>\n<li>Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident; a Traffic Infraction<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle and Traffic Violation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Walker was arraigned in the Town of Newstead Court and released on own recognizance, no return court date available at this time.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Sept. 26, 2017, at approximately 3:05 p.m., State Police responded to the area of I-90 in Newstead for a report of a possible road rage incident.
