Tom Murray, is a comedy about the first recorded history of women playing baseball, which occurred in Peterboro in August of 1868.\u00a0 The play will feature prominent historical figures but take documents to tell the story of one of CNY\u2019s most famous storms as well as how the volunteer search and rescue team came into existence.\u00a0 Copies of both is books will be available purchase Series interview with Robert Purple.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0 Purple served in the Air National Guard over a span of five decades.\u00a0 Early in his career he served under \u201cNagasaki Charlie\u201d Sweeney, the pilot who flew the plane that dropped the atomic bomb on Nagasaki.\u00a0 Later in his career he was called to active duty to serve during a prison riot in Auburn, assist in shipping aid to 3-mile Island during a meltdown in 1979 and during the 1980 Olympics.\u00a0 During the Gulf War he served as a Base Commander in the largest AOR (AOR stands for Area of Responsibility, at that time including shaping the seat, fitting the legs and cross pieces.\u00a0 The project is a blend of precision woodworking and working by eye.\u00a0 Attendees will leave with a finished cherry wood
