While it lacks a lot of detail, it is clear that the plan is designed to primarily benefit large, profitable corporations and the wealthiest among us while doing little to nothing for regular working people. In fact, it is very possible that lower-income workers and middle-class families could see their taxes increase to subsidize the enormous tax cuts for the wealthy. This is the exact opposite of what candidate Trump said when he was campaigning for president, and I will oppose this corporate welfare that will harm New York\u2019s middle class. We need to start rewarding work again in this country.
