Hough, 73, of East Syracuse, was operating a 2010 Chevrolet Express van north on Interstate 481 when he went off the roadway, and down an embankment causing the van to roll over multiple times and coming to rest on the passenger\u2019s side.<\/p>\n<p>Hough had to be extricated from the vehicle.
