Erskin Sr., age 59, from Hannibal, NY for Course of Sexual Conduct 1st\u00a0degree, a class \u201cB\u201d felony.<\/p>\n<p>Erskin is accused of having sexual conduct and intercourse with a female victim under the age of 13.
