Horse owners and hay growers attending will learn more about the forage quality needs of their horses or those of their customers, how to assess hay quality through forage testing and how to achieve the desired quality in the field.<\/p>\n<p>Presenters will be Carol Buckhout, Assistant Professor of Equine Business Management at Cazenovia College and Kevin Ganoe, Regional Field Crop Specialist for Cornell Cooperative Extension\u2019s Central NY Dairy, Livestock and Field Crops Team.<\/p>\n<p>Pre-registration is required; the cost will be $10 per person.
