Weakley interviewed the operator, Christopher J. Harris, 44, of Old Oneida Road, Verona, and observed a strong odor of alcoholic beverage on his breath.<\/p>\n<p>Sobriety\u00a0tests indicated he was intoxicated and he was taken\u00a0into custody for DWI. Harris&#8217; passenger Kelly A. Williams, 40, of Oklahoma Ave., Oriskany, attempted to prevent troopers from towing the motorcycle and Trooper Andrew LiPuma took Williams into custody for obstructing governmental administration.<\/p>\n<p>While\u00a0being placed\u00a0in the patrol vehicle,\u00a0Williams struggled and intentionally kicked LiPuma. He was uninjured. Harris and Williams were transported to the Oneida state police barracks for processing. A breath test determined that Harris&#8217; blood alcohol content was .19 percent. Harris was ticketed for DWI, aggravated DWI\u00a0with a BAC\u00a0of .18 percent or greater, speeding and loud exhaust.<\/p>\n<p>Williams was issued an appearance\u00a0ticket\u00a0for second-degree obstructing governmental administration and second-degree harassment.
