As part of the initiative, 21 establishments serving or selling alcohol within this area were checked for their compliance with the laws of the State of New York, relative to prohibiting sales of alcohol to persons under the age of twenty-one.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<u>The following establishments were found to be in compliance:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stewarts Shop &#8211; 8170 State Route 12 Barneveld<\/li>\n<li>Barneveld liquor 8026 State Route 12 Barneveld<\/li>\n<li>Rite Aid &#8211; 8190 State Route 12 Barneveld<\/li>\n<li>Nice-N-Easy &#8211; 8035 State Route 12 \u00a0Barneveld<\/li>\n<li>Stewarts Shop &#8211; 9566 Main Street Holland Patent<\/li>\n<li>Sunoco Gas Station \u2013 7559 ST 291 Holland Patent<\/li>\n<li>Marcy Waheguru Petroleum 5773 State Route 291 Marcy<\/li>\n<li>Stewarts 5319 ST 233, Westmoreland<\/li>\n<li>Nice-N-Easy 7296 West Main Street Westmoreland<\/li>\n<li>Cliff\u2019s Local Market 8429 St. Rt. 69, Oriskany<\/li>\n<li>Cliff\u2019s Local Market 7841 ST 5 Clinton<\/li>\n<li>Byrne Dairy 7767 St 5 Clinton<\/li>\n<li>Sunoco 8516 Seneca Turnpike New Hartford<\/li>\n<li>Mirabito 8536 Seneca Turnpike New Hartford<\/li>\n<li>Killabrew Saloon 10 Clinton Road New Hartford<\/li>\n<li>Stewarts 220 Utica Street Clinton<\/li>\n<li>Cliff\u2019s Local Market 33 Utica Street Clinton<\/li>\n<li>Alteri\u2019s 7 College Street Clinton<\/li>\n<li>Village Tavern 14 College Street Clinton<\/li>\n<li>Don\u2019s Rok 36 College Street Clinton<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>The following establishments were found Non-complaint:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cliff\u2019s Local Market\u00a0<\/strong>8429 St. Rt. 69, Oriskany<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>State Police charged\u00a0<strong>Leland L. Height<\/strong>, age 22, from Oriskany, with Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st (PL 260.20) and Prohibited Sale of Alcohol to a minor (ABC Law 65-1).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Seneca Wine and Liquor<\/strong>\u00a08630 Seneca Turnpike New Hartford<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>State Police charged\u00a0<strong>Craig A.
