Martin\u00a0of Westernville for Aggravated DWI.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, November 1, 2017, Troopers responded to a property damage accident on Buck Hill Road in the Town of Steuben.\u00a0 The investigation revealed Martin had lost control of his vehicle and struck a tree. He was not injured in the crash.\u00a0 During the investigation Troopers detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from Mr. Martin.<\/p>\n<p>Martin was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated with a reportable BAC of\u00a0.26%.
