pornography charges<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The New York State Police in conjunction with the FBI Mid-State Child Exploitation Task Force arrested\u00a0BingDong Gu, age 22, from 126 Remington Ave Apt F, Syracuse, NY for (3) counts of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child (Class D Felony) and (3) counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a child (Class E Felony).<\/p>\n<p>It is alleged that Mr. Gu promoted digital images and videos of children under the age of 10 years old engaged in sexual acts via the Internet.<\/p>\n<p>The Mid-State Child Exploitation Task Force is a Federal task force committed to investigating the sexual exploitation of children.\u00a0 The task force consists of FBI and New York State Police members.\u00a0 The task force was assisted by the Department of Defense during this investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information concerning this investigation should contact the New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigations at SP North Syracuse at numerous ATV larcenies and burglary complaints throughout Oneida County<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The New York State Police in Marcy, in conjunction with the New Hartford Police Department, arrested\u00a0Timothy M. Fancher Sr.\u00a0(age 35),\u00a0Alvin A. Fancher III\u00a0(age 39), and\u00a0Ernest H. Fancher\u00a0(age 37) for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Third Degree in the Town of Floyd, a class D Felony.<\/p>\n<p>The trio of brothers were charged following numerous ATV larcenies and burglary complaints <!--more-->throughout Oneida County.\u00a0 State Police were able to recover five of the stolen four-wheelers, which were returned to the original owners.<\/p>\n<p>Alvin A. Fancher III was also charged with Burglary 3rd\u00a0Degree, a class \u201cD\u201d felony which occurred October 13th\u00a0in the Town of Western. Alvin was also wanted by the Oneida County Sheriff\u2019s Office for an active arrest warrant though Oneida County Family Court for Failure to Pay Child Support.<\/p>\n<p>Timothy M. Fancher Sr. was also charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4thDegree, a class \u201cE\u201d felony, which occurred in the Town of New Hartford.<\/p>\n<p>All three brothers were arraigned at the Centralized Arraignment in the Oneida County Correctional Facility.\u00a0 Timothy and Alvin were committed to Oneida County Jail on no bail.\u00a0 Ernest was committed to the Oneida County Jail on $5,000.00 cash or bond.<\/p>\n<p><em>Verona crash leads to DWI and weapon charge<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Oneida-based state police charged a Syracuse man with DWI and weapon charges following a two-car crash in the town of Verona Saturday evening.<\/p>\n<p>At approximately 10:50 p.m. Nov. 11, Trooper Terry Horton was dispatched by Oneida County 911 to a two-vehicle property damage accident on State Route 365 in front of the Turning Stone Casino.<\/p>\n<p>The accident investigation revealed that a 2007 Nissan operated by Kenet S. Staten Jr., 24,\u00a0of Brewerton, was traveling southwest on State Route 365 when a 2000 Subaru traveling northeast on Route 365 operated by Brian K. Wilson, 48, of Syracuse, failed to yield the right-of-way and made a u-turn in front of the Staten vehicle, causing both vehicles to collide in the intersection.<\/p>\n<p>While interviewing Wilson, Horton observed an odor of alcoholic beverage on Wilson&#8217;s breath, and sobriety tests indicated Wilson was intoxicated.
