During the subsequent search of the vehicle, approximately 20 grams of crack cocaine was located. The driver was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Albany, where he was subsequently charged with:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd\u00a0degree; a Class B Felony (with intent to sell)<\/li>\n<li>Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd\u00a0degree; a Class B Felony (narcotic drug)<\/li>\n<li>Vehicle and Traffic Violations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Munford is currently awaiting arraignment in the Town of New Baltimore Court.
