The Greater Oneida Chamber of Commerce has named the Caro-Northrup Allstate Agency business member of the month for December.<\/p>\n

The local Greater Oneida Allstate Agency was originally established 1977 by Jim Northrup. In 1996 Kim M Caro joined his agency and they relocated from the Lynn\u2019s Department store plaza on Main Street Oneida to the little white house on 1533 Genesee Street<\/a> next to Nye. It was a natural transition in 2014 to become the Caro-Northrup Allstate Agency.<\/p>\n

The agency takes great pride in being a local name, face and place in the community. They still enjoy and promote doing business the old fashion way. The office has a welcoming home like feel.<\/p>\n

The staff has included a furry four legged member since 2003, starting with Hannah Belle, the black lab, who retired a few years ago. Today an 8-year-old yellow lab named Matelyn Grace (Matty) is usually found sleeping under the desk.<\/p>\n

The Caro-Northrup Agency provides a full range of protection products. Most are familiar with the good hands coverage of home and auto. They also partner with the New York State Snowmobile and offer an additional discount for club members. Other products that the agency specializes in are work place benefits, retirement and life insurance.<\/p>\n
