Znuj, 44, of O\u2019Hare Avenue, Canastota, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, both unclassified misdemeanors; operating an uninsured motor vehicle and operating an uninspected motor vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>Mason K. Groesbeck, 24, of East Seneca Turnpike, Manlius, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; equipment violation and failure to notify the state Department of Motor Vehicles of a change of home address.<\/li>\n<li>Matthew M. Wafer, 34, of Fish Avenue, Syracuse, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Jan. 21, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Daquan Clark, 23, of Brighton Circle, Syracuse, was charged with first-degree robbery (forcible theft with use of instrument), a class B felony; petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor; two counts of second-degree robbery (displays what appears to be firearm), a class C felony; fourth-degree grand larceny (property from a person), a class E felony; second-degree burglary (illegal entry), a class C felony; two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon (firearm\/knife), a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree menacing with a weapon, a class A misdemeanor.<\/li>\n<li>Dawne M.
