Morina, 50, of Cicero, for second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, both class \u201cA\u201d misdemeanors.<\/p>\n<p>The arrest stems from an investigation of a road rage incident that occurred Jan. 23, 2018, at approximately 3 p.m., on Interstate 81 in the town of Salina. Morina is accused of unlawfully displaying a firearm.\u00a0He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Salina Town Court for Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>If anyone has information or witnessed this incident, they are encouraged to call Inv.
