Dyn, 46, of Richfield Springs, for the misdemeanor of fifth-degree arson.<\/p>\n<p>On Jan. 22, 2018, troopers were advised of a dispute that occurred during a cell phone conversation with the complainant\u2019s ex-boyfriend. An investigation determined that on Jan. 21, 2018, at about 4 p.m., during an argument with his ex-girlfriend by cell phone, Dyn had sent her pictures of some of her clothing and personal items that he had set on fire.<\/p>\n<p>Further investigation determined that he had done this with some of her personal items that were still at his home, outside on Mulligan Road, in the town of Exeter.<\/p>\n<p>Dyn\u00a0was arraigned in the town of Exeter Court and was released on his own recognizance. An order of protection was issued against him a behalf of the victim.
