Dixon, 33, of Bellevue Avenue, Syracuse, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a stimulant, a class B felony; fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class D felony; two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; fourth-degree conspiracy, a class E felony; and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor.<\/li>\n<li>Leroy C. Brockett, Jr., 49, of Gordon Avenue, Mattydale, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a stimulant, a class B felony; fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class D felony; two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor; unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation; fourth-degree conspiracy, a class E felony; and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor; operating an uninspected motor vehicle; third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, both unclassified misdemeanors.<\/li>\n<li>Rachel S. Crouch, 23, of Erieville Road, Erieville, was charged with violating probation, a class A misdemeanor.<\/li>\n<li>Ryan Curtis, 22, of Sherman Street, Oneida, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief (intentional damage to property), a class A misdemeanor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Jan. 25, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lebon S. Pratt, 54, of Bartlett Road, Lebanon, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, a class A misdemeanor; fourth-degree criminal mischief (intentional damage to property), a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment (physical contact), a violation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Jan. 26, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Joshua P. Torres, 33, of Eaton Street, Morrisville, was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, second-degree menacing with a weapon and resisting arrest, all class A misdemeanors.<\/li>\n<li>Michael J. Mimassi, 57, of Judd Road, Oriskany, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, a class A misdemeanor; and third-degree menacing, a class B misdemeanor.<\/li>\n<li>Nicky R. Bowman, 34, of Campbell Road, Lebanon, was charged with six counts of torturing or injuring animals\/failure to provide proper sustenance, a class A misdemeanor.<\/li>\n<li>Ryan M. Cook, 37, of North Street, Marcellus, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; using a leased\/rented\/loaned vehicle without court-ordered ignition interlock device, a class A misdemeanor; and speeding.<\/li>\n<li>Tjay R. Weber, 19, of County Route 58A, Mexico, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Jan. 27, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kindall M. Cesario, 32, of State Street, Canastota, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; and operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Jan. 28, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>John S.
