Pope Jr., 28, of the Collins Correctional Facility, Collins, was charged with four counts of first-degree criminal contempt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Feb. 14, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>John A. Durr, 22, of 372 Lenox Ave., Oneida, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.<\/li>\n<li>George F. Mendoza, 60, of 4530 State Route 49, Rome, was charged with uninspected motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li>\n<li>Aaron B. Duncan, 44, of 402 W. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with no seatbelt, unlawful possession of marijuana and two counts of second-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li>\n<li>Austin M. Badgley, 20, of 5804 Germany Road, Verona, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child.<\/li>\n<li>Jessica L. Geary, 39, of 129 Phelps St., Oneida, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Feb. 15, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Michael J. Burton, 30, of 216 Sherman St., Oneida, was arrested as a fugitive from justice from Missouri for an original charge in that state of unlawful use of a weapon. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was ordered held pending extradition proceedings.<\/li>\n<li>Donna S. Maxfield, 45, of 327 Seneca St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for third-degree criminal trespass.<\/li>\n<li>Paul W. Baum, 48, of 1035 State Route 31, Bridgeport, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with second-degree criminal contempt. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Feb. 16, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rikki L. Sochia, 28, of 1412 N. Lake St., Oneida, was charged with petit larceny.<\/li>\n<li>Jeffrey M. Schiavette, 24, of 1412 N. Lake St., Oneida, was charged with third-degree burglary. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance.<\/li>\n<li>Shane C. Doane, 38, of 221 N. Willow St., Oneida, was arrested for failure to register\/sex offender.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Feb. 17, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Otto B. Winchell, Jr., 41, of 275 Galavotti Place, Canastota, was charged with inadequate\/no headlights and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li>\n<li>Stephen J. Sheldon, 36, of 210 Edna Road, Syracuse, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Feb. 19, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shannon L. Lake St., Oneida, was charged with unlicensed operator and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator.<\/li>\n<li>Roy L.
