Kotary, 34, of 246 Williams St., Oneida was issued criminal summons for petit\u00a0larceny.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Feb. 28, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Morgan W. Shlotzhauer, 36, of 146 Main St., Oneida, was charged with going the wrong\u00a0way on a one-way street, uninspected, unlicensed operator, false inspection certificate\u00a0and two counts of aggravated unlicensed operator in the 2nd degree.<\/li>\n<li>Roger A. Tucker, 55, of 2748 Johnson Road, Morrisville, was arrested on a bench warrant\u00a0alleging that he failed to appear on an original charge of issuing a bad check. He was\u00a0arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of $1,000 cash or bond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>March 2, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nancy L. Eaton, 53, of 4342 Sweet Road, Pompey, was charged with grand larceny in the\u00a03rd degree. She was arraigned in Canastota Village Court and released on her\u00a0own recognizance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>March 4, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Joseph J. Damiano, 58, of 311 N. Lake St., Oneida was charged with obstructed view and\u00a0operating with a suspended registration.<\/li>\n<li>Alexandra Miller, 26, of 6 Montgomery St., Parish, was charged following a motor\u00a0vehicle accident with following too close, operating with more than .08 BAC, and driving\u00a0while intoxicated.<\/li>\n<li>David L. Gallagher, 25, of 314 Grand St., Oneida, was charged with no stoplights,\u00a0unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3 rd degree.<\/li>\n<li>Rodney L. Ineich, 43, of 5319 Bear Road, N. Syracuse, was arrested on an arrest warrant\u00a0for petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and was remanded in lieu of\u00a0$350 cash or $1,000 bond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>March 5, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>James D. Eckhard, 45, of 422 W. Elm St., Oneida, was charged with unlawful possession\u00a0of marijuana.<\/li>\n<li>Tanner L. Mattice, 24, of 222 N. Main St., Oneida, was charged with criminal contempt in\u00a0the 2nd degree.<\/li>\n<li>Kenneth E. Roberts, 51, of 301 Washington Ave., Oneida, was charged with operating\u00a0without insurance, operating with a suspended registration and aggravated unlicensed\u00a0operator in the 3rd degree.<\/li>\n<li>Genevieve F. Buell, 22, of 201 N. Peterboro St., Canastota, was charged with operating\u00a0without headlights and aggravated unlicensed operator in the 3rd degree.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>March 6, 2018<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Felicia S. Kaplan, 32, of 266 N.
