Lallier, age 36, from Boonville, NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th\u00a0Degree, a misdemeanor and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a violation.<\/p>\n<p>On March 3, 2018, at approximately 2:24 A.M. State Police conducted a traffic stop on State Route 26 in the Town of Ava for an obstructed license plate.\u00a0 The investigation revealed that the driver, John R.
