I joined Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand at Advanced Tool in Marcy to show support for the Investing in America&#8217;s Small Manufacturer&#8217;s Act.<\/div>\n<div align=\"left\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"left\">More than half New York&#8217;s manufacturing workforce are employed in small manufacturers like Advanced Tool.
