Day, 21 ,of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/maps.google.com\/?q=1105+Grandmother+Moon,+Oneida+NY&amp;entry=gmail&amp;source=g\">1105 Grandmother Moon, Oneida,<\/a>\u00a0and charged her with fourth-degree welfare fraud, fourth-degree grand larceny, first-degree offering a false instrument for filing (all class E felonies) and third-degree perjury (class A misdemeanor).<\/p>\n<p>It is alleged that when Day applied for public assistance she knowingly filed fraudulent documentation with the Madison County Department of Social Services.\u00a0 As a result, she obtained $1,313 in public assistance that she would not have received if she had not provided the false documentation.<\/p>\n<p>Day was issued appearance tickets directing her to appear in Lenox Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oneida woman charged with welfare fraud Madison County Sheriff\u2019s Office Investigators arrested Savannah L.
