The Kerista Community was located in the Haight-Ashbury neighborhood of San Francisco. Barnes will talk about her experiences living in the community and whether a Utopian Community can succeed. Paquin was a bombardier in the Eight Air Force 2490th\u00a0Bomber Group, 851st\u00a0Squardron. He flew 10 missions in a B-24 before flying 20 missions in a B-17. He completed his 30th\u00a0mission in late 1944 and then was transferred to Texas to train Brazilian cadets. He returned home, attended Colgate University and then taught in local school districts until 1967. There is no charge for this event.
