Bigford, 38, of Cleveland, for the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identity Theft 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0degree \u2013 class \u201cD\u201d felony<\/li>\n<li>Identity Theft 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0degree \u2013 class \u201cA\u201d misdemeanor<\/li>\n<li>Grand Larceny 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0degree \u2013 class \u201cD\u201d felony<\/li>\n<li>Grand Larceny 4<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0degree \u2013 class \u201cE\u201d felony<\/li>\n<li>Criminal Impersonation 2<sup>nd<\/sup>\u00a0degree \u2013 class \u201cA\u201d misdemeanor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bigford was charged after an investigation revealed he stole his deceased grandfather\u2019s identity and stole over $10,000 in goods and services. In addition, Bigford was also charged in connection with stealing his 100-year-old great grandmother\u2019s identity and stealing over $6,400 in goods and services.<\/p>\n<p>He was arraigned in the town of Hamilton Court and remanded to the Madison County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash\/$30,000 bond.
