Barr, 21, of Mexico, on the following charges:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Second-degree criminal mischief (D felony)<\/li>\n<li>First-degree cemetery desecration (E felony)<\/li>\n<li>Petit larceny (A misdemeanor)<\/li>\n<li>Unlawful dealing with a child (give alcohol to a person under 21 &#8211; A misdemeanor)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Barr was arraigned in the town of Mexico Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $20,000 cash\/$40,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear back in the town of Mexico Court on<!--more--> May 8, 2018 at 7 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>A 16 year-old male was also charged with Cemetery Desecration 1st degree (E-felony). Numerous head stones were pushed over and damaged.
